Step into worlds where light reveals hidden roads, courage is found in unlikely places, and the things we carry shape who we become.
From the buried cities of Eldara to the lantern-lit streets of Bellwether, every journey begins with a question—and a choice.
Four siblings. A world of buried cities. A power that should never be claimed. When Wren, Theo, June, and Kit are summoned to Eldara, they discover that the maps conceal a dangerous history—and that some things can only be carried together.
When an impossible light beyond Bellwether offers people what they have lost, young lamplighter Rowan discovers that every gift comes at a price: a memory of someone they love. Can he reveal the truth when his own heart is caught in the bargain?
Every journey begins with a choice. Every great story gives that choice meaning.
Some gifts cost more than we can bear to lose.
Rowan is learning to keep the lamps of Bellwether burning. Then a strange light appears beyond the northern ridge, and a dead tree blossoms in the cold. At an old wayhouse, a man called the Benefactor offers gifts that seem to restore what people have lost. Rowan's temptation is painfully simple: to hear his mother's voice again.
As the mystery deepens, he and his friends must follow forgotten roads, uncover old secrets, and decide what they are willing to surrender.
